Welcome to Weeknight. By using our service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

The Service

Weeknight is an SMS-based meal planning service. We send you personalized meal plans and help build your grocery cart at participating stores. The service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about recipe quality, ingredient availability, or pricing.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid US phone number to use this service.

SMS Terms

By signing up, you consent to receive automated text messages from Weeknight at the phone number you provide. These messages include:

• Weekly meal plan suggestions
• Shopping list and cart notifications
• Feedback requests
• Service updates and account information

Message frequency: Varies based on usage, typically 3-10 messages per week.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages (except a final confirmation).

For help: Reply HELP to any message or email hello@weeknight.app.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Pricing and Payments

Your first week costs $1. After that, the service is $5 per week. We charge your saved payment method each week you use the service.

• You can cancel anytime by texting STOP
• You can pause your subscription by texting PAUSE
• No refunds for partial weeks

Grocery Integration

We integrate with grocery stores like Kroger to build your cart. We are not responsible for:

• Product availability or pricing at stores
• Changes to your cart after we build it
• Issues with grocery store orders or delivery

Your grocery purchases are transactions between you and the store, not Weeknight.

Recipes and Content

We curate recipes from various sources and provide links to the original content. We do not own the recipes and are not responsible for their accuracy or suitability.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your payment information current
• Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Not abuse, spam, or misuse the service

Limitation of Liability

Weeknight is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
